Wow, Angela, what an amazing, magical gift to your family! I am so excited for you to make unforgettable memories on a multi-generational trip to Walt Disney World.
You can, of course, let your family members make their own plans. To do so, please ask all your adult guests to set up individual
My Disney Experience accounts. If you have any guests travelling
under 13, an adult can manage their account.
Angela, please invite your family to connect to your
Family & Friends list. Each person should receive an email notification with the choice to accept or decline your invitation. When they accept, you will see a tick next to their name in your Family & Friends list and you can then share the planning activities in My Disney Experience.
Once everyone is added to your Family & Friends list, you can easily opt those guests in or out of plans. Another handy feature is that you may post reminder notes that each person in your group will see.
Please also remember that to enter a theme park, all Guests must have a
theme park reservation and a valid ticket. If you have not already made these theme park reservations for each day of your trip, now is a great time to do so.
One more tip, I like to suggest to my family, especially when we're in a bigger group, to think about some must-dos ahead of time. That way, everyone leaves with those magical moments in tow! Angela, I wish you a wonderful time with your family, Louise.
