Hi Florencia,
Thank you for taking the time to visit planDisney with your question, we are happy to help! I was so excited to hear that
Disneyland Resort will be re-opening to out-of-state guests on June 15, 2021, that means that us Canadians will be able to return to the Happiest Place on Earth too!
Since the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, Disney has
extended the expiration date for most Theme Park Tickets until December 16, 2021. If you are able to visit prior to the expiration, all you need to do is link your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disney Account and then make
Theme Park Reservations for every day you wish to visit a Theme Park. Guests are now required to have both a Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation to help with capacity restrictions. Theme Park Reservations will be released on a rolling basis, so if your preferred dates aren't yet available, please keep checking the
Theme Park Availability Calendar.
If you are unable to visit Disneyland Resort prior to the extended Theme Park Ticket Expiry Date, don't worry Florencia. While Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, guests are able to use the value of the expired Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Admission. To do this, or if you have any other questions regarding your Theme Park Tickets specifically, please call
Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be glad to help get your Tickets sorted out.
Sending extra Pixie Dust in hope you will be back at Disneyland Resort soon, Florencia. Please come back to
planDisney if you have any other questions. We are always here to help plan your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
