I bought tickets for my family from Arizona in 2020. Since they could not use it since only California residents are allowed to enter the park at thus time, is ther an expiration? How can I save my money?

    Hi Zenaida,

Welcome to planDisney we are thrilled you stopped by with your question.  I am so sorry to hear that your family has not been able to use their Theme Park Tickets as of yet, fingers crossed they will be able to get back to Disneyland Resort soon!

I have wonderful news, Zenaida!  Disneyland Resort is now open to guests from all over, so your family will be able to visit during their next trip to see you.  Since the temporary closure, most Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date automatically extended until December 16, 2021.  To check, I recommend linking your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account either on the Disneyland Mobile App or the official Disneyland Resort website and the new expiry date should be noted.  If by chance they aren't the date you were expecting, or you are unable to make Theme Park Reservations, you may have to call Ticket Services to help with your Theme Park Tickets in real time.

If your family is unable to make it back to California before their tickets expire in December, don't worry.  You will be able to use the value of the wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets when the time comes.

I hope you found this information helpful, Zenaida.  If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here at planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
