    I have bought tickets for my family under my account for Disneyland. I am trying to create a friend's and family list, linked to each ticket, so I can then link our magic bands to each individual person for their specific ticket.

    Hi there, Tracey!

    We want to wish you a warm welcome to planDisney and appreciate you stopping by! It sounds like you've visited the Walt Disney World Resort in the past and used the Family & Friends List feature in the My Disney Experience App. Over at the Disneyland Resort, you'll be using the Disneyland Mobile App, which is a little different because there is no Friends & Family list, but you'll still be able to link everyone's MagicBand+ to their respective ticket!

    First of all, make sure that all the bands are MagicBand+ because previous MagicBand types are currently not supported by the Disneyland Resort. Each MagicBand+ may only be linked to one ticket at a time. If these Bands are linked to tickets in your My Disney Experience App, you'll have to unlink and unpair them. Then follow the setup instructions to link them to the Disneyland Mobile App. Since you purchased the tickets and they are all under your account, you should have access to them, so just assign each MagicBand+ to a separate ticket and be sure to keep track of who gets which MagicBand+! Even though there is no Friends & Family List, you'll still be able to manage everyone's reservations and book Lightning Lanes and Virtual Queues for your group through your device since all the tickets are linked there.

    I'm super excited for you to be visiting the Disneyland Resort when it's nearly Halloween! It's my favorite time of year and both Parks will be so wonderfully decorated. Will you be attending Oogie Boogie Bash? If you are, keep in mind that your MagicBand+ will need to be re-assigned to that ticket when you are ready. And make sure not to miss out on Haunted Mansion Holiday either. It's a fan favorite and we're all excited to see the giant gingerbread house inside the attraction!
