Park Tickets which you have purchased for your family's visit to Disneyland Paris, early next year.
If you purchased your Park Tickets directly from the
Disneyland Paris website you have a couple of options:-
1/ Contact Disneyland Paris via the Live Chat function which can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or
Disneyland Paris Mobile App.
I appreciate that you do not speak English, or, French, but, you should be able to use Google translate to enable you to communicate with a Disney Agent.
Top Tip - Disney Agents are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am to 6pm (French time).
2/ If you have purchased dated tickets, these can be cancelled up to 3 days before your visit date so, you could cancel the tickets that you have already booked and then re-purchase them, entering the correct information for your daughter.
If you do decide to take this option, you should be able to cancel your ticket online directly from the "My Bookings" section in your Disney Account.
If you only wish to cancel part of your order, or if your confirmation e-mail says that your booking can only be cancelled by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: refund.ticket@disneylandparis.com. The refund for your valid ticket will be processed as quickly as possible, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Lastly, if you purchased your Park Tickets from a third party Travel Agent, you will need to contact them directly, to enquire if they can amend the information which was entered incorrectly.
