    I bought the tickets for my entire family (5 tickets) from my app. How can I contact the each ticket to my family member personal app for their use as well?

    Hi Ronen, welcome to planDisney!

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the riverbend. My favorite things to experience during the 50th Anniversary Celebration are the two new nighttime spectaculars: Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT. Nothing says Disney magic like fireworks and an epic soundtrack.

    I understand you purchased valid admission for your party of five in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Part of this process requires you to link each ticket to yourself or a member of your Family and Friends list. If you linked the tickets to yourself, complete the following steps to reassign a ticket to a family member in the My Disney Experience mobile app:

    1. Click the three small lines at the bottom right of the app's home page and "Tickets and Passes."
    2. Scroll to the ticket you'd like to reassign and click "Reassign Ticket." 
    3a. If your family members with their own My Disney Experience accounts already appear on your Family and Friends list, select the appropriate name from the list and click "Reassign."
    3b. If you are not yet connected as Family and Friends with your family members, click "Add a Guest." Then select "I'll enter their name and age," and select "Share Planning with this Guest" after you enter their age. Lastly, enter the email address associated with your family member's My Disney Experience account. They will receive an email invitation to connect that, once accepted, will connect you as Family and Friends and automagically reassign the ticket in your account to their account.

    If you created a My Disney Experience account profile for each family member when purchasing their theme park tickets, complete the following steps to merge the account profile managed by you with their already created My Disney Experience account:

    1. Click the three small lines on the bottom right of your My Disney Experience mobile app and scroll down to "My Profile." 
    2. Click the "Family and Friends List" tab.
    3. Click the name of a family member that appears as "Plans managed by me."
    4. Click "Send Email." 
    5. Enter the email address associated with your family member's My Disney Experience account and click "Send Invitation." Once the invitation to connect is accepted, the ticket you assigned to the My Disney Experience account profile on your app will automagically transfer to their account. You will remain connected as Family and Friends, which lets you view and make plans for each other.
