Hi there, Stephanie, and thanks for stopping by planDisney!
First off, I’m so sorry you weren’t able to enjoy your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth last April. I know just how disappointing it is to cancel a vacation you’ve been planning and looking forward to for so long! Unfortunately,
theme-park tickets aren’t refundable, but they can be used toward a future visit! Thankfully, your tickets will retain their value (the amount you initially paid for them). So, once the parks reopen and you’re able to reschedule your trip, you’ll be able to bring your ticket information and have the value applied toward your new ticket purchase. You can also call our Guest Information Ticket Sales and Service Team at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you with any additional questions.
Keep in mind that once the parks do reopen,
reservations will be required. Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog and to
Disneyland.com for more information about how this reservation system will work.
Even though the Disneyland Resort theme parks and Resort Hotels are currently closed, I’m happy to report that the Resort has begun a phased reopening, and
Downtown Disney District is currently open! In addition,
starting this month, even more Disney dining and shopping opportunities will be available when Downtown Disney District extends to Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure Park! I can’t wait to return to my happy place!
Have a magical day!
Kristin
