I bought 9 tickets. Due to something medical some family can not go but want to attend at a later time. Instead of changing all of our dates can the tickets be used at separate times?

    Hiya Cassie,

Thanks for visiting planDisney before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I'm sorry some of your party is unable to make it for your planned dates. The magic of a Disney vacation has no expiration date and they need to focus on their health right now. In my experience, Disney magic is a great goal and motivator for following the doctor's orders. When all is said and done, any journey that ends at Cinderella Castle is well-traveled.

You should have no trouble changing dates for select tickets, Cassie. In the My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen and click "Tickets and Passes." If you do not see your tickets, you'll need to link them to your account first. You can do this by clicking the plus sign at the top right corner of the Tickets and Passes screen and "Link Tickets and Passes." As part of the linking process, you assign each ticket to an individual. Once linked, scroll to one of the tickets you wish to modify and click "Change Ticket." Select "Valid Ticket Dates" to select the new first day of use for that ticket. There is no charge to change the dates of your ticket unless you select dates with a higher price, in which case you'll be able to complete the transaction in the app. Repeat these steps for any other tickets that need to be modified. Wholly unused theme park tickets can be modified up until midnight EST the day before the first valid use date. If you run into any trouble, a helpful Cast Member at the Existing Tickets number, (407) 934-7639, would be happy to assist.

Valid admission and theme park reservations are currently required for theme park entry. Any theme park reservations that have already been made for the owners of the modified tickets should be canceled and rebooked as soon as possible; it is not currently possible to modify theme park reservations. I also recommend consulting the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before selecting new ticket dates.

As you continue making changes for your recently reimagined vacation, Cassie, please continue to use planDisney as a planning resource. You've got a friend in us!

    Choose magic,
