Hey there, Constance!
Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question! It's fun to hear that you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation that you're planning.
If you purchased your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets online, you likely should have seen a prompt to ask you how you would like to get your tickets. One choice would have been "Will Call" and that means you would pick up your theme park admission tickets in the form of ticket cards when you go to a Guest Relations Window at one of the theme parks or visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
Another choice would have been to receive your tickets through standard postal service mail or express delivery.
When you purchased your theme park tickets, you also should have received an email with your theme park ticket order confirmation. You can use the
online ticket linking features to link the tickets you purchased to your
My Disney Experience account.
After you have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.
If you have questions about the theme park tickets you purchased or want to confirm their expiration dates, you can
contact the Walt Disney World Ticketing team by sending them an email, or by
calling them at (407)-566-4985.
Constance, I hope this info is helpful as you make your plans. If you'd like recommendations for how to make the most of your magic during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, just ask us here at planDisney. We're here for you and happy to help by sharing tips from our own Disney vacations.
Enjoy all the magic!
