Hi Jason!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort question to us hEAR. Oooooh, you're going to Mickey's original house today!!! I bet you're so excited. Heads up: It's not too late to try to make
dining reservations if you haven't done so already.
I am so sorry that you're having some ticket trouble, Jason. Because you purchased your theme park admission online (vs. through work or those ticket gift cards sold at big box stores) your tickets should directly arrive to your
My Disneyland account. Sometimes this can take a few hours after purchase, but I'd be worried too if I'd had my tickets for a while and now all of a sudden I could no longer see them. Sadly I don't have the proper 'magic mirror' to take a peek into your account to see what's going on, however I do have a few trouble shooting ideas:
- Try to update your Disneyland Mobile App. Mine was horribly out of date and I can't believe what all I was missing by that simple refresh.
- Log-in to your Disneyland account on a laptop or desktop version of the Disneyland website to see if your passes are there. If so take a screen shot, photo with your phone, or print out what you do see so you have something to easily show a Cast Member when you arrive.
- If you still can't see your tickets, reach out to the Ticketing phone line - their number is (714) 781-4636.
Genie+, whether you purchased it with your tickets or are waiting to add it once you arrive, cannot be accessed until you're in the parks. However, here is a great
info page with video tutorial of what to expect and how to navigate the system.
I hope this helped to clEAR up your issues, Jason, and I'm so excited for all of the fun you'll have tomorrow! We'll See You Real Soon!
