Welcome, Jaime! On behalf of all of us here at planDisney, thank you for trusting us to answer your Disney vacation planning questions. It's an honor!
It sounds like your trip to Disneyland Resort is just around the corner! Only a few more days until you're in the middle of the magic. I'm glad to hear that you've already purchased your
tickets and I hope you've also secured your
theme park reservations for each Guest in your party, and each day that you'll be visiting the theme parks. In general, the names on standard admission tickets are simply meant to help you keep track of them as you prepare for your visit. Once you use the ticket for the first time by scanning at the turnstiles, a Cast Member will take a photo of each Guest in your party and this process will officially assign the ticket to them. So, if a small error in the spelling of your daughter's name appears on your ticket, this should not be a problem or prevent you from being able to use it.
However, I completely understand if you would like to correct this. In this case, I would recommend calling to speak to a Cast Member using the
Tickets line or reaching out through the chat function embedded in the
official Disneyland mobile app. If you happened to purchase a
Southern California Resident ticket, you may be required to present government-issued photo identification that shows your residential address within the eligible ZIP codes for this special ticket offer. This won't be the case for standard tickets, but for this specific ticket offer, it would be a good idea to ensure that the name matches the form of identification.
I hope this is helpful for now, Jaime. Please feel welcome to come back to
planDisney if we can help with any other questions that arise.
Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
