Disneyland Park Halloween Mickey and Minnie

    I bought tickets to Disneyland in September for me and my family, unfortunately my family wont be able to go due to a family death ,can i transfer the extra tickets to my friends. And how can i?

    Please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of your family member, and I am sorry that your visit to Disneyland Resort will be impacted.

    Kristina, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable, and any unused theme park tickets may possibly be considered for a theme park ticket upgrade, or a reassignment of an unused ticket by contacting Disneyland Resort “Tickets” for direction and hopeful resolution with your specific situation. Please explain your predicament to the helpful Cast Member for greater understanding, Kristina.

    I know this may not be the right time to discuss a future visit, Kristina, but I would like to suggest that you keep in touch with Disney-related news and announcements by following the official Disney Parks Blog, and you can stay in touch with fun stories and posts from planDisney on Instagram.

    Keep a close watch over any Disneyland Resort special offers & discounts in case you decide to return for a future stay at one of our Disneyland Resort Hotels which will place you in the middle of all the Disneyland Resort magical experiences and steps away from the Downtown Disney District which offers a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment.
