Hwan from Gyeonggi-do Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets for Disneyland for 7 people. But suddenly, We had a problem on the company, so couldn't go. Since I can't go to Disneyland in LA from Korea, there is no way to go even if I change the date. Please help me cancel ticket.

    Hello Hwan,

I'm truly sorry to hear about the unexpected circumstances that are preventing your trip to Disneyland from Korea. It's understandably disappointing when such exciting plans have to be postponed, especially for an experience as special as a visit to Disneyland.

Regarding your ticket situation, let's explore what can be done. Disneyland's tickets are usually non-refundable, but they often remain valid until their expiration date. This means there might be a possibility to use them in the future or perhaps pass them on to someone else who can enjoy the magic.

The best step forward is to contact Disneyland Guest Services directly. Since you're in Korea, this will mean an international call to +1 (714) 781-4636. You can also email them. When you speak with Guest Services, explain your situation clearly. They are typically very understanding and can offer guidance based on your specific case. If a direct cancellation isn't possible, they may be able to assist with other options.

Hwan, I hope this helps and that your situation is resolved in the best way possible. Travel plans, especially those involving international destinations, can be complex, and it’s important to explore all available options.

If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please feel free to reach out. I’m here to help in any way I can, and I hope that in the future, you'll have the opportunity to experience the joy and wonder of Disneyland.
