I bought tickets to Disneyland and not Disney world. Help

    Hi Stacey,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question.  I am so sorry to see that you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets to Disneyland and not Walt Disney World Resort, could it be a sign that you need to visit BOTH coasts for some Disney Magic?

All kidding aside, I understand what a huge purchase that must have been.  Unfortunately, Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however once expired, the value of the Theme Park Tickets is not lost.  Guests are able to use their wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park tickets, when the time comes for you to visit Disneyland Resort in California.  With that being said, I do recommend calling Disneyland Resort and explaining your situation to a Cast Member, while not at all guaranteed, they may be able to spread some Pixie Dust and help fix your situation.

I hope you are able to get your Theme Park Ticket situation all sorted out sooner rather than later, Stacey.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
