I just bought tickets to Disneyland for 12/29 to 12/31 and now I find I need to cancel-how can I do that? I bought them 10 minutes ago

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Margaret. We're so glad you stopped by! I'm sorry to hear you need to cancel your plans to visit the Disneyland Resort this holiday season. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!"

Unfortunately, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable. But not to fret! The good news is that while you may not be able to use the tickets you purchased for the dates you were initially planning to visit, you should be able to apply the value of those wholly unused, unexpired tickets towards the purchase of new tickets for a future visit. My best advice is to reach out to the Ticketing Team at (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to discuss your options with you!

While you're waiting to reschedule your visit, be sure to keep a close on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! An exciting announcement on the Disney Parks Blog about a new offering at the Disneyland Resort may be just the thing to get a rescheduled visit on the calendar!

I hope this was helpful, Margaret. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have! We'd love to help you plan a trip to "The Happiest Place on Earth."
