Hello there, Anne. First and foremost, let me just say on behalf of the entire planDisney family that we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. We are sending much love and healing during this difficult time.
We normally bring bright, cheerful moments to life here in the space, but life certainly does present more challenging moments requiring vacation plans to pivot. We are happy to be there in those moments for our Guests as well. While theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you can always reach out to our
Guest Services team directly with any specific questions.
While I know the last thing on your mind right now is time spent at the Happiest Place on Earth, I do want to send you some information that may be good for you to at least have in your back pocket.
Single-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023, while multi-day tickets do not expire until January 12, 2024. Because life can throw some unexpected hurdles in your path, the
Disneyland Resort provides a long runway for your magic carpet in the hopes that you might be able to find your way back. Likewise, if you are unable to visit before these dates, you are always able to apply the original value of an expired towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket. The magic in those tickets never fully runs out.
Anne, I realize it may be difficult to imagine a vacation at this time, but the magic is always here for you if and when you might be ready to return. In challenging times, I have found the joy and wonder of a day at Disneyland to be quite healing. Mickey and Minnie sure know how to lift some spirits.
If you have any other questions, we are always here for you at
planDisney.
Sending light and pixie dust,
Tara
