Hello and welcome to planDisney, James. We're so glad you're here to share this question with us. We're
halfway to the holidays and I love that you're already planning your magical stay at the Disneyland Resort.
I have great news. Theme park reservations for purchased theme park tickets can be made up to 180 days in advance of your visit date. I peeked at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and noticed that all of your visit days are available to make reservations for, except your last day. You should be able to make a theme park reservation for that last day tomorrow or the following day.
Before making your theme park reservations, make sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your MyDisney account. You can easily do this in the
Disneyland app by tapping the "☰" to open the menu, followed by tapping the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Next, tap the "+" in the upper right corner and then "Link Tickets & Passes." I like using the "Camera" feature to scan the ticket barcode for quick and easy linking.
Visiting during the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will be especially magical. It's when the Happiest Place on Earth transforms into the "Merriest Place on Earth." I always look forward to the seasonal eats and treats (particularly the Mickey gingerbread) and taking a ride on "it's a small world" Holiday. It's become an annual tradition for me.
James, I hope this helps as you take the next step in planning your magical stay. Please come back to visit us with any other questions that you might be curious about. Until then, let the countdown to the magic begin!
Happy planning!
Michelle
