Welcome, Kristina! I'm so happy you found planDisney for your vacation planning questions and it's an honor to help you get some answers.
I see you've already purchased your
tickets to visit Disneyland Resort and the countdown is on until your next visit! I do have good news for you. You can certainly make a name change on a ticket by calling
Guest Services and speaking with a Cast Member. You should also know that unless otherwise specified in the
terms and conditions of your specific ticket, the name listed on the ticket does not need to match the individual using it. Rather, the Guest who scans the ticket at park entry will have their photo taken, officially assigning the ticket to them. As long as this individual is the same using the ticket throughout the visit, there will be no issue if your husband's name is on your daughter's ticket.
However, I understand that it might be confusing trying to scan the right ticket for each Guest at the gate and to keep them organized throughout your visit, so it makes perfect sense that you'd want to have their names listed properly. The Cast Members will be happy to assist with this by phone and I do suggest you have the ticket ID numbers or email confirmation on hand for ease of reference when you call. The Cast Members can also assist with
confirming park reservations if you haven't already made those online!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful trip, Kristina, and that you make some unforgettable memories together. If we can help with any other recommendations in the meanwhile, please don't hesitate to reach out to
planDisney again! We'd be happy to help.
Warm hugs,
Tishra
