Hi Yvonne,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question about Theme Park Tickets. It looks like you are planning on spending Christmas Day in the midst of Disney Magic, hopefully you will be able to sort out your ticket situation, I am so sorry this happened!
Unfortunately,
Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, and both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort use two completely different ticketing systems. While this isn't ideal, it does mean that you will be able to visit Walt Disney World Resort at some point, and even if your Theme Park tickets expire prior to you being able to visit, the Theme Park Tickets do hold their value. When you are ready to visit Walt Disney World Resort, you can use the value of your Theme Park Ticket toward the purchase of new admission. With all that being said, if it were me, I would still try calling the
Existing Tickets number and speaking with a Cast Member. Please remember that it is not at all guaranteed, but I would explain your situation and maybe the Cast Member will be able to assist in some way.
Sending extra Pixie Dust your way in hope that you are able to get your Theme Park Tickets straightened out, Yvonne. If you have any other questions please come back to
planDisney, we are always here to help.
