    Just bought tickets for Disney world Halloween party in October. What is the earliest time we can get in an what rides are open?

    Boo To You Arthur! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It is so great to hear from you again.

    Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favorite event at the Walt Disney World Resort. The fireworks are out of this world and seeing the characters dressed up for the occasion really gets me excited for Halloween. My favorite part of this event is Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. This is the best parade I have ever seen and the song is so catchy you will find yourself singing it long after you have left the party!

    In the past guests with tickets to this event have been able to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM. Please note that this is not a guaranteed entry time however and is up to the discretion of Cast Members on a day to day basis. I will say though that every time I have attended this party I have entered the park at 4:00 PM. You will need to get a wrist band that you will wear throughout the evening to show that you are a ticketed guest. Once inside the party you are free to enjoy all of the festivities! I haven’t ever seen a lapse in attraction or entertainment offerings.
