¡Hola Oscar! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
I'm sorry you weren't able to get
Disney Park Pass reservations for later this month. The spring has been quite busy in the Most Magical Place on Earth with many Guests anxious to travel again. Unfortunately,
Walt Disney World tickets cannot be used in the theme parks at the
Disneyland Resort, but I will share something I think will be helpful.
The Walt Disney World theme park tickets you bought will never lose their value. When you are ready to plan your next vacation, you can apply the amount paid to the purchase of new tickets valid for future travel. The tickets you already have can stay safely in your
My Disney Experience account until you are ready to upgrade them to new dates. When you have a new trip planned, you can either modify their start date online or call +1 (407) 827-7144 and a Cast Member will charge you the difference between what you paid previously and the new ticket price. I love that I can purchase Walt Disney World tickets knowing that even if something happens that prevents me from traveling, I always have the option to reschedule my visit.
Oscar, to be sure you don't end up in the same situation the next time around, as soon as you know the dates you would like to head to the Walt Disney World theme parks, make those Disney Park Pass reservations! There is a lot of
excitement on the horizon in the coming year, and you won't want to miss it. From the launch of the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser to the debut of new attractions like
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, there will be so much to zip-a-dee-do on your next vacation. Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and we hope to see ya real soon!
Betsy
