    Hi! We have bought tickets for Disney World in August. However, we wanted to buy annual passes. Will we be reimbursed for our regular tickets that were purchased?

    Oh Boy! Disney fans around the world are celebrating the return of new Annual Pass sales. We now know that sales will begin tomorrow, April 20, 2023, no earlier than 6:00 AM EST online. If you intend to purchase an annual pass, I highly suggest you log into your account before the start of sales. Disney has stated, the quantities and specific pass types may be limited. If you prefer, you can call the Annual Passholder Help Center beginning at 7:00 AM EST for assistance.

    The good news I have to share is that your current theme park ticket value can be applied to the price of your Annual Pass. Your pass will be activated upon the first date of use and that date will serve as your renewal date for the following year. Remember, Annual Passes can be renewed 60 days prior and up to 30 passed the expiration date.
