I bought tickets to Disney, but reservations are full for March 18th 2021. What do I do?

    Hi Ashley,

    Welcome to planDisney!

Well let's first celebrate your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

In looking at the theme park availability calendar, you are correct, there is no availability currently at any theme parks for March 18 for Ticket Holders or Disney Resort Guests. I am so sorry, but the best advice I can give is to keep checking the theme park availability calendar. Also double-check the actual Disney Park Pass system reservation process to see if you can actually make a reservation. If you can modify the dates of your visit, I would also consider making that change.

If you have not done so already, link your theme park tickets in My Disney Experience. Once you do so, check the expiration date on those tickets to see what other possible dates you might be able to use them. If you have the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can also check those ticket expiration dates using the mobile app. In the Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the home page and then click on Tickets and Passes. In the web version of My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, then scroll down while looking on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on Tickets & Memory Maker.

Ashley, I wish I had better news. Perhaps this is an opportunity. We are all excited about The World's Most Magical Celebration. And, with that celebration set to kick off on October 1st, you may be drawn to the excitement. Yes, it is a few months away, but so much is in store! Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for updates. We are so excited to welcome you back to a world of magic whenever you decide to visit!

    Magic and memories,
