    I bought tickets to Disney in 2020 for Park . Park hopper tickets never used. Where can I find them for credit this year?

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to see you’re planning another visit to Walt Disney World! The great news is that Walt Disney World will honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days.

    If you previously linked these tickets to your account, you might still see them in your My Disney Experience account under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” If you did not previously link the tickets, you can link them to your account using the 12-digit ID number included in the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of purchase. If you don’t have your confirmation information, I recommend calling the number listed under “Existing Tickets” so a Cast Member can try to assist you.
