    I bought tickets to Disney online. We did not receive magic cards in the mail. Do we need those or will we just use the print out?

    Hi JoAnn!

    If you chose the "Will Call" option when purchasing your tickets, you can pick up your Walt Disney World tickets at any Guest Relations or your Walt Disney World Resort front desk.  You will need your email confirmation and a photo ID.  If you chose for your tickets to be mailed, you will receive them at home.  You will need the hard ticket cards for admission.
