Ahoy Karina! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Unfortunately,
Disneyland Resort admission tickets are non-refundable and can't be used towards the purchase of admission tickets to
Walt Disney World Resort or applied to the price of a
Disney Cruise. That certainly would be convenient if they could! I've been in a similar situation with a Walt Disney World Resort trip that was canceled for unforeseen reasons. It's super disappointing!
However, I can assure you that your wholly unused
admission tickets to Disneyland Resort retain their value. So, even if you can't visit on your planned dates, you can visit in the future. That's true even if your visit ends up being a couple of years in the future. Hold onto that confirmation e-mail, since you can apply the purchase price of your tickets towards the purchase of new tickets by simply paying the difference since prices are subject to change. That along with a planned cruise in the near future hopefully will take the sting out of your canceled plans.
If you have questions about your tickets or need assistance, you can speak with a helpful Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line. They're always ready to assist you in whatever way they can.
I hope this helps!
