Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry it has been difficult to link your tickets to the
Disneyland app. Technology snafus can be very frustrating!
I'm not sure which options you tried, so I will walk you through the three ways to connect theme park tickets to your app. Open the app, select the three bars at the bottom of the screen, and choose "My Tickets & Passes." Tap the "+" symbol at the top, and select "Link Tickets & Passes." To link the ticket, enter the ticket ID number, tap a MagicBand+, or use your camera to scan the barcode on a printed copy. If that doesn't work, try calling the "
App & Online Support" line to get assistance from a Cast Member.
