Hi there, Ingird! Welcome to planDisney!
Living here in the Sunshine State means a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is never far away, and it sounds like you have one coming up in just a couple of days. Time to get excited!
Since you've already bought your tickets, you're well on your way to the magic. All you have to do now is verify your Florida residency, and that's as easy as spooning into a Dole Whip on a hot summer day. You can present
proof of your Florida address at the Guest Relations windows located outside the theme park entrances before you enter the parks. Remember that each adult using Florida Resident Tickets must have their own proof of residency in order to activate them.
If you'll be in the area a day or two before you plan to visit the parks, I recommend hopping over to
Disney Springs and taking care of it at the
Disney Ticket Center there. That way, you can head straight to the touchpoints with your activated tickets in hand and save yourself some time on your busy park day. After all, you're there to maximize the fun!
Ingird, don't forget you'll need to have Disney Park Pass reservations for the parks you plan to visit each day, so if you haven't already, jump over to the
Disney Park Pass page on the Walt Disney World website and make your reservations. If you have the
Park Hopper Option on your tickets, you'll only need a reservation for your first park of the day.
I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World, Ingird! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and be sure to come back again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
