    Hi, we have bought 4 tickets for 2 days, my husband will not be able to come along. Can we have a refund in Disney Dollars or change the amount of this ticket for anything else? Thanks a lot

    Hi Paula!

    If you have a Walt Disney World Resort package (e.g. room and tickets) then you can make a change without penalty up until 45 days in advance.  I recommend calling the Disney Reservations Center directly at (407) W-DISNEY.

    If you have just purchased tickets from somewhere else and you already have them in hand, then there isn't anything Disney can do.  However, the good news is the ticket will not expire if it is never used; so you can save it for your next trip to Walt Disney World!
