Hey there, Rebecca. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney.
I’m so glad to hear your
Disneyland Resort visit is coming up really soon. Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have finally opened up their gates, I bet you’re happily counting down the number of sleeps before you can stroll down Main Street, U.S.A.!
There are a few ways to locate your theme park reservation, Rebecca. Let’s start with the simple one: confirmation email. When you made your theme park reservation on the day tickets went on sale, you should have received a confirmation email with a QR code. To enter the park(s), you’ll need your theme park ticket and the associated QR code at the theme park turnstile.
Another way to locate your theme park reservation is on
Disneyland.com by logging in to your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see a tab that says, “My Disneyland”. Hover over it and you’ll see “Ticket and Reservation Details”; click on it and it’ll bring you to “
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page. Scroll a little and you should see a link called “View My Park Reservations >”. Once there, you should be able to see your theme park reservation.
You can also access your park reservation by using the handy-dandy
Disneyland mobile app. Once you’re signed in on the Disneyland mobile app, you’ll be able to view your park reservation on the home page near the top. Any dining reservations will be shown below it also.
I hope this information is helpful for you and you’re able to locate your park reservations, Rebecca. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
