Michael from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets but the day is reserved that I want to go to disneyland, how can i fix the issue or get a refund?

    Hi Michael!

I'm so sorry to hear that reservations are currently unavailable on the date you are planning to visit the Disneyland Resort. Theme park reservation availability is fluid and constantly being updated as Guests can change their reservations themselves from their Disneyland Resort account. Even if it's full one moment, there can be availability a few hours later if a Guest happens to change their reservation. So I recommend you keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar as a reservation may open up!

While Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, they are valid until their stated expiration date. This means you have a good amount of time to use your tickets! Also, if your tickets happen to expire, not to worry, as Mickey and his pals have you covered! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket!
