We bought tickets on 1/24/2020 for the 3 day, 1park per day Socal Resident offer through AAA and hasn't been used at all due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Can we still consider that as still valid tickets and until when? Are there restrictions?

    Hey Neil-Paul!

    Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you’re a fellow Southern California Resident just like me! I am sorry to hear that you were not able to use your SoCal Resident Ticket. The great news is that because of the theme park closures, those tickets have been extended through December 16, 2021. They do have blackout days of November 20-27, 2021. Even with those few days they can’t be used, that still gives you 5 months to plan out your three days.

The first thing you’re going to want to do is re-link your tickets to your Disney Account through the Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland.com. if you haven’t done so already. Once your tickets are linked to your Disney Account, you can proceed to make a theme park reservation. You can make reservations 120 days out from today

Well Neil-Paul, come back if you have any other questions.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
