Hello Anh! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to hear that you are heading to Disneyland Resort this summer. What fun!
It is okay if your name is on both of the tickets you purchased. You can still have someone else use one of those tickets even if your name is on it. This is because tickets aren't assigned to anyone until you use them for the first time. When you get to the gate at the park you will scan your ticket the first time to enter and there a Cast Member will take your picture. The picture is what assigns a person to the ticket. The name on the ticket is more for the Guest if you are in a party with multiple people to differentiate the tickets from one another. If you really want the name changed ahead of time you can contact
Ticket Services and speak to a Cast Member and see if they can change the name for you.
To answer your second question, yes a child can use an adult ticket! That's not a problem if you've already purchased adult tickets and then want to use them for a child instead.
Now all you need to do is make sure that you have
theme park ticket reservations for each ticket. Once you have your reservations you can start planning all the fun details! Did you know that you can book dining packages that will give you reserved viewing for one of the nighttime spectaculars like the Main Street Electrical Parade or Fantasmic!? Head over to "
Make Reservations" on the Disneyland website and see if there is anything available for your dates.
Anh, I am so excited for you to visit Disneyland Resort soon. Come back and visit us if you have any other questions!
