Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Maria. I'm so excited to hear you're planning another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! You're going to find that much has changed in
and out of the theme parks. What a pixie-dusted adventure you'll have!
Not know the exact details of the tickets you previously purchased, I can't be sure how you can best use them for your upcoming visit. I recommend contacting the Ticketing Team right away. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! You can reach the Ticketing Team by calling (407) 566-4985. You can also
be in contact via email. Just email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and be sure to include a photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket, your full name, where and when the ticket was purchased, the purchaser's name and form of payment, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
It's important to note that Guests currently need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once you have your tickets sorted out and linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you'll need to make your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. With the
Park Hopper Option, you can begin "hopping" to another theme park beginning at 2:00 PM. You just need to have entered the theme park you had a reservation for
first.
Speaking of theme parks, I'm pleased to tell you that
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park are all open and welcoming Guests of all ages! Additionally, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is open. Isn't that great news?
I hope this was helpful, Maria. I'm wishing you and your family a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
