Hello, Usaid! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so sorry you're having trouble getting your tickets in order. We need to get things back on track - your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is only days away, and it's time to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations!
Since you're able to make a reservation for your ticket, my guess is that the other person in your party has their own
My Disney Experience account and the second ticket is already linked to that one. Unless you and your traveling companion are sharing plans with each other, you won't be able to include them when you're trying to make reservations. We'll need to get your two accounts linked via the
Family & Friends List feature to enable sharing, so let's try this:
- On the
Walt Disney World home page, click on "Sign In or Create Account."
- After signing in, hover your cursor over the "My Disney Experience" logo in the menu bar.
- Scroll down to "My Family & Friends."
- If the person you need to connect with is listed, click on "Update," then "Share Plans."
- Enter their email address (make sure you have the email they used to create their account), and they'll receive an invitation to connect with you.
- When they accept the invitation, you should be able to make reservations for both members of your party.
If the person you're trying to share plans with isn't on your list, just go down to "Add A Guest" and type in their information, including the email address, and follow the same steps.
Usaid, hopefully that will take care of your problem, but if you're still having trouble, I'd
call Guest Relations at the number listed under Website Support and a Cast Member will be happy to walk through it with you.
I'm wishing on a star that all of these issues get ironed out so you can plan your amazing day at the
Magic Kingdom Park, Usaid! I hope you'll come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
