    I bought tickets on a day that appears to have room for reservations and I still can't make a reservation (June 28 & 29)

    Hey there, Katherine! Thank you so much for visiting planDisney and for trusting us to answer your planning questions as you get ready for your Disneyland Resort trip later this month. How exciting!

    I'm sorry to hear you've run into an issue with securing your theme park reservations, but let's see if we can sort this out together. First, it is entirely possible that you already made theme park reservations at the same time as your ticket purchase. This is because the official Disneyland Resort ticketing system helps Guests through both steps in a single process. So, if you have a valid theme park ticket and you have selected your visit dates and your starting park for each of those days, you've likely already got your park reservations confirmed! Typically, this is the source of the error a Guest might receive if they attempt to make new park reservations on a day when they already have one in place.

    But, I recommend checking this in your MyDisney account. Once you log in successfully, go ahead and scroll to "My Plans" to view any currently held reservations. If you see your intended visit dates there for each Guest in your party, you're good to go! If you don't see them there, you may need to link your tickets using the ticket ID number you received in the email confirmation of your original ticket purchase. 

    If none of these strategies help you track down any existing theme park reservations, then you may need to go ahead and make new ones for your visit. It sounds like this may have been giving you trouble, so I'd suggest calling to speak with a Cast Member using the Tickets line. They can access your account and help you navigate any technical issues with your tickets and park reservations. I hope this has been a helpful set of resources, Katherine.
