I bought tickets before covid which are still valid til jan 2022. I don't plan on coming to Disneyland/California Adventure til October 2021...do I still need to make a reservation or is the making a reservation just til June 15th 2021??

    Hiya, Trisha!

Welcome to planDisney! We are so grateful you stopped by, and we are honored to answer your question as you plan for your upcoming Disneyland Resort vacation! We KNOW you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

OK...I KNOW you are so excited Mickey Mouse and his pals have finally opened the gates (Can't you just hear Elsa singing that right now!) to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park! I am jumping up-and-down excited as well! Mickey Mouse has been working really hard during the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, and his number one goal is to keep all of his guests safe. Because of this, I wanted to let you know that all guests will continue to make Disneyland Theme Park Reservations after June 15, 2021. As of right now, there is not any information available to to when the reservation system might change.

As you are planning, please be aware that Disneyland Theme Park Reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance. If you know the dates you want to visit the Disneyland Resort in October, my recommendation would be to mark your calendar when your dates will open and book your MAGICAL vacation immediately! If you wait, you run the risk of not being able to secure a reservation.

I sure hope this helps you in your planning! As more information is released about the Disneyland Resort, I highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
