Alejandro, I noticed that you tried to make your Theme Park reservations through the My Disney Experience mobile app instead of the
Walt Disney World Resort website. If that's the case, then I would love it if you could try using the website instead! Once you're here, you'll want to hover over the My Disney Experience tab, click on
Mis Planes and log into your Disney account. After logging in, scroll down just a bit until you see five bubbles, hover over
Reservaciones para los Parques, and then click on
Haz una Reservación para Parque. Now, simply follow the steps and you should be all set!
If you're still having trouble trying to make your Theme Park reservations, I highly encourage you to
speak to a friendly Cast Member at (011) 5354-8119. I know that your magical vacation is quite literally right around the corner, so I think this would be the fastest way for you to sort things out! Please keep in mind that the
Theme Park Availability Calendar is showing limited availability for next week, so I would try to do this as soon as possible if I were you.
