Hey there, Karen! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your ticket question.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty making a theme park ticket reservation. I want to help you the best that I can, but without knowing a lot of details I'm going to have to give you some tips and recommendations that will hopefully work.
If you purchased your ticket from the
Disneyland website, you should have actually already made reservations during your purchase process. Once you pick your ticket type, it actually asks you to pick the days and parks for your tickets. This is what will then be your reservations for these tickets. If you went in after you purchased your ticket and got an error message about this ticket reaching its theme park limit, that is because it already has reservations for each day of the ticket. I suggest linking your tickets to your Disneyland account on the
Disneyland app and then checking to see if you see your reservations in the "Upcoming Plans" tab.
If you purchased your tickets through another party and the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar was showing reservations were full, keep checking. I am looking at the date you have stated for arrival and I do see some availability for one or both parks at the time of writing this depending on what ticket type you have.
If you are still having issues or have any other questions, I suggest reaching out to
Ticket Services. They will be able to look at your account and ticket information, which is something we don't have access to.
Karen, thanks again for stopping by. I am hoping that you have reservations and that everything is all set to enjoy a wonderful visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
