I bought tickets and we cannot book a reservation even though the calendar indicated there was availability. I was notified that i had reached my limit for reservations.

Hiya, David! So happy to have you here at planDisney. With your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth just around the corner, I bet you are starting to dream about what kind of magic will fill your days!

I'm hoping that I have some good news for you! It's very possible that you already secured theme park reservations when you purchased your tickets, which is why the system is saying you are at your limit. If you purchased tickets on the Disneyland Resort website, you would have been prompted to make a reservation. Let's toss some pixie dust in the air and wish upon a star to find out!

First, let's make sure your tickets are in your account and linked to your Disneyland Mobile App correctly. Open up the app and tap the three-bar menu at the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets & Passes". On the next screen, you should see one ticket with its barcode. Scroll to the right to see more tickets linked to your account. If you can see each one, hooray! Let's move on to the next step.

To find out if you already have reservations attached to your theme park tickets, return to the three-bar menu in the bottom right-hand corner. This time, select "Future Plans". Here, you will see your plans day-by-day, including theme park reservations. Do you see them? I'm hoping so! You should see which park the reservation is made for and how many Guests are included in the reservation.

If for some reason the reservations are not there, I would go ahead and give our Guest Services team a call at (714) 781-4636. The Cast Members there will be happy to help you get to the bottom of it!

David, if you're anything like me, planning a Disneyland Resort visit is almost as much fun as actually experiencing one!
