Melissa from MN Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets back in 2020 right before Covid so had to cancel our trip. I did link tickets to my account hoping to still use. I do not see the tickets now and if I try to link again, it say they are linked to another account. I only have 1 account.

Greetings, Melissa and a warm welcome to planDisney!

While I am very happy to see a visit to Disneyland Resort so soon, I apologize for any inconvenience with your theme park tickets and your Disneyland account and I appreciate your patience. As a fellow Guest myself, without knowing the full details of your tickets, I encourage you to Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” as soon as possible. I am confident that they will help you to the very best of their ability so you can return to The Happiest Place on Earth to experience genuine joy!

Melissa, maybe we can try to link those tickets once again to your Disneyland Mobile App to see if that works.
    1. Open your Disneyland Mobile App and look for three short horizontal lines at the bottom right and tap.
    2. You will see the “Welcome Melissa” page and many planning fields, please select “Tickets and Passes.”
    3. On the “Tickets and Passes” page please tap on the short vertical blue lines with the “Link Tickets & Passes."
    4. The next page will instruct you to either scan the barcode or manually enter the ID Number for your tickets one at a time. Proceed through to confirmation and you are all set to make Theme Park Reservations.

To make Theme Park Reservations using the Disneyland Mobile App:
    1. Please return to the Home Screen and look for the “+” in the circle at the bottom centre and tap.
    2. A list of tabs will emerge, please select “Make a Park Reservation” and you should be able to select any linked theme park tickets.

Melissa, if you cannot find theme park availability please keep refreshing the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, as Guests do cancel, leaving openings for others.

In preparation for and to enhance your visit, kindly look over the Disneyland Resort Special Events & Tours which may be of interest to you, such as the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.

It was my pleasure assisting you, Melissa, I wish you success with your tickets and reservations and the happiest visit to the Disneyland Resort - thank you!
