I bought tickets back May 16-22 of 2020. The park was closed for COVID on those dates. Trying to reschedule and I checked our gift card today & don't see that the tickets were reimbursed on it. Any way to do that?

Hi Dehra, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so sorry to hear that you missed out on your reserved vacation during the closure at Walt Disney World Resort!

Even with the closure, there is good news. The value of your theme park tickets is still valid, and you can use that amount towards the purchase of new tickets, and all you will need to do is pay the remaining balance (if the ticket cost is more than your original purchase price). To get assistance with applying the value of your old tickets to new theme park tickets, please call (407)934-7639, and a cast member will be able to assist you through the process. Once those tickets are secured, you can make your theme park reservations using the Disney Parks Pass Reservation System. I hope this helps.

Please let us know if you need further assistance; we are here to help.

    Have a magical time!
