Hello! I bought tickets back in January 2020 planning to come visit the park in the summer but because of the pandemic I will only be able to come in October 2022. Can I change my tickets to a ticket+hotel package?

    Hello Aurélie,

Thank you for coming to see us here at planDisney!

I'm happy for you to hear that you're planning your trip to the Disneyland Resort. Even though your trip is a bit far off in your future, I hope you're getting excited for all the magic that's awaiting you. Just imagine all the fun and thrills and wonders you can look forward to at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Think of it as your great, big, beautiful tomorrow that's just a dream away (well, ok, maybe more than just a few dreams away).

Putting together a Disneyland Resort vacation package that combines a stay at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort with theme park tickets is a wonderful way to plan a visit to the Disneyland Resort. In your case, because you already have purchased your theme park tickets, I would suggest calling the Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 520-5060 to speak with a Cast Member about the options that are available to you. Because you have some time to make your plans, you could also use the online email form to reach out to the Cast Members to get their guidance.

I can also share, hoping that it's helpful, that it's possible to use the Disneyland Resort Hotel booking tools to book a Hotel Resort stay and select "No Ticket" as your ticket option.

As you're putting together your plans, be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a fun way to stay informed about all that's new and exciting at the Disneyland Resort.

Aurélie, your great, big, beautiful tomorrow and your trip to the Disneyland Resort will be here in no time at all.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
