Jessica from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought tickets back on February 19 for 3 days. I had days reserved, but something came up and we had to cancel. I cancelled the reservation, but the tickets are still paid for and now I cannot find them to re-reserve days.

Hey there, Jessica! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney.

Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble locating your tickets to make new theme park ticket reservations. If you already have theme park ticket reservations previously and canceled, the tickets should be linked to your account and all you will need to do is log in and go through the steps. I am happy to walk you through that!

Head to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. Once you are logged in, hover over "My Disneyland" in the menu bar and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". From there you will click on "Make Park Reservations" and on the new page click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". This will take you to a page where you will select which tickets you want to make reservations for. I am hopeful that you will see your tickets here. If you do, select the tickets you want to make your reservations for, and then continue the steps by selecting your dates and parks.

Unfortunately, on the website, there is not an easy way to view your linked tickets. You can see this on the Disneyland app. You can open that up and log in. Then click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then click on "Tickets and Passes".  This should show your linked tickets and this is what you will want to show when you go to scan into each park.

If your tickets are not linked and you've lost the paperwork or email, I suggest calling Ticket Services and seeing if they can look up your account and find your ticket information for you.

Jessica, I hope you have a fabulous time at Disneyland Resort. See you real soon!
