We bought tickets back in Dec. but our trip was cancelled due to a family member getting Covid We were only able to buy 1 park ticket as there were no reservations available for both parks. Is there a way for us to buy the second day park at the2 Day rate

    Hi Laura, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry you had to cancel your trip! I truly hope your family member has recovered. You'll be glad to know that Mickey and his team of health and safety experts have been constantly monitoring the conditions throughout the Disneyland Resort! You can read the latest COVID-19 health and safety protocols in preparation for your future trip!

But I have good news! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So you should be able to apply your unused one-park per day tickets towards the purchase of a two-park per day ticket. To upgrade your tickets, you can either visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or give the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636. The fantastic Cast Members should be able to help you out!

Lastly, 2022 is a GREAT time to visit the Disneyland Resort! Many exciting experiences are returning! The nighttime spectaculars are returning on April 22, 2022, with the Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks returning to Disneyland Park, and World of Color returning to Disney California Adventure Park! And that's not all, the Disneyland Resort will be reintroducing the traditional character meet and greets! Mickey and his Pals are ready to dish out warm hugs, and the Princesses will be ready to sign autographs again!

If you have any more questions, come visit us again!

    See ya real soon!
