I bought 4 tickets around January of 2020. I was scheduled to use them May of 2020, but Disneyland was closed because of Covid. I called and was told I cannot get a refund but the tickets don’t expire. How do I get replacement tickets?

    Hello Juan!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for bringing your question our way!

I’m sorry to hear that your vacation plans were thwarted in 2020! I think a few of us were in the same boat as you. But, please don't fret! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, when you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amounts towards the purchase of four new tickets.

If you have any additional questions regarding your tickets, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
