Hi! I bought tickets for april 15, 16. Put in which parks but people keep telling me to make a separate reservation for the park. Can you look in my account to see that I have proper reservations? Its for my family of 7.

Hey there Amy! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your ticket question. My fellow planDisney panelists and I, unfortunately, do not have the pixie dust to access any Guest accounts or information besides what you share with us in your question. We are just Disney-loving Guests like you who are here to share what we've learned and loved through planning our trips to The Happiest Place on Earth. So while I can't look into your account to make sure you have reservations, I can try to walk you through the steps for you to see if you have your reservations secured.

If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website you were prompted to select the dates you were wanting to visit the parks and the reservations were made when you completed your purchase. To be sure, though you will want to go to the Disneyland website and sign in to your account. Next, you will hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". On this page, you will be given a few options and you will need to click on "View My Park Reservations". This will take you to the "My Reservations" page where you will scroll down until you see the "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations" header and hopefully you will see the names/tickets for your family of seven for each park day that you are visiting. If for some reason there aren't any reservations, just scroll back up the page a bit and click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". This will take you to the page where you can select each ticket linked to your account that you want to make reservations for and will get you on your way to the reservations you need.

Be sure to spend some time over in Disney California Adventure Park to check out all the entertainment and culinary delights of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival going on while you are there. This is one of my family's favorite festivals of the year and there really is something for everyone.

Amy, I hope you were able to successfully find your reservations. As you continue to finish up your trip planning, don't hesitate to stop back by and see us again with any questions that come up. You've got a friend in us!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
