Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathy! It's so exciting that you've just bought tickets to visit Walt Disney World Resort! You have a few different options for picking them up and I'm happy to walk you through how to do it.
The easiest thing for you to do would probably be to pick up your
tickets in the morning at the Theme Park you're going to be visiting. There are Will Call ticket windows at each of the four Theme Parks and they open about an hour in advance of everything else. Because they open a little early, you'll have the time that you need to get your tickets before the Theme Park opens if you're an early bird who wants to be one of the first people inside for the day. If you're going to be at
Disney Springs, you can also pick up your tickets from the
Disney Ticket Center! You mentioned that you purchased your tickets through the
My Disney Experience app so if you have an active
MagicBand linked to your
My Disney Experience account make sure to wear it so you can use it to access your admission and enter the Theme Parks quickly and easily.
I'm so glad that you've already downloaded the My Disney Experience app because it's going to be your best tool for planning your time at Walt Disney World Resort. You can use it to make
FastPass+ selections, browse restaurant menus and make reservations, and it even gives you step-by-step directions from where you are to where you want to go! I always travel with a backup charger for my phone so I know that I'll be able to use My Disney Experience throughout the day to be able to access my plans,
Mobile Order at Quick-Service dining locations, and check up-to-date attraction wait times.
Have a magical day, Kathy!
