I bought tickets already. 6 in total. Two people might not be going? May I use 2 of the unused tickets on other days?

    Hello Marisela,

It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney. It's also wonderful to hear you're getting ready for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. And it looks like you'll be visiting during the merriest time of the year to celebrate the holidays at "The Most Magical Place on Earth."

I'm sorry to hear that two of your Mouseketeers won't be able to join in all the holiday fun. I'm happy to share, though, that if the theme park tickets are unused, you can transfer those tickets to another Guest.

You can use the My Disney Experience tools to reassign an unused theme park ticket. You can also use the My Disney Experience tools to modify tickets.

It's helpful to know that theme park tickets are date-based and that ticket pricing can vary based on the dates you selected for your tickets. In the event that a ticket goes unused and the ticket expires, you can apply the amount you paid for the ticket to the purchase of a new ticket priced the same or higher than the original ticket.

Marisela, I hope this information is helpful. If you have additional questions about your tickets, you can call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639, or you can chat with a Cast Member online to get additional assistance.

Here's wishing you a fun and wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
