I'm sorry to hear that two of your Mouseketeers won't be able to join in all the holiday fun. I'm happy to share, though, that if the theme park tickets are unused, you can
transfer those tickets to another Guest.
You can use the
My Disney Experience tools to
reassign an unused theme park ticket. You can also use the My Disney Experience tools to modify tickets.
It's helpful to know that theme park tickets are date-based and that ticket pricing can vary based on the dates you selected for your tickets. In the event that a ticket goes unused and the ticket expires, you can
apply the amount you paid for the ticket to the purchase of a new ticket priced the same or higher than the original ticket.
