Hello there, Daniella! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. It sounds like you’re doing an amazing job getting everything organized for your upcoming visit, and I’m happy to help you make sense of what you’re seeing in your digital wallet!
So let’s talk about those QR codes in your Google Wallet. You mentioned that you purchased eight tickets (two park days + one
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket per person for four Guests), but only see four QR codes once they’re added to your wallet. But don't worry, because that’s exactly how it should appear!
Why? Because what you’re seeing in your Wallet isn’t one QR code per ticket, it’s one QR code per Guest. Each of those QR codes is tied to an individual Guest’s MagicMobile Pass, and within that pass, all valid tickets and entitlements for that Guest are stored together. So even though there are multiple ticket types linked to each person (for example, a dated theme park ticket and a special event ticket), only one QR code is needed per person, because the system automatically pulls the correct admission at the tap point.
Think of it as a digital envelope. Each Guest has one envelope (QR code), and inside are all their
Walt Disney World tickets, no matter how many they have! So in your case, with four people each holding two park tickets and one party ticket, your Wallet will only show four QR codes, but each code “holds” all the tickets assigned to that person. Pretty magical, right?
Daniella, I hope this helps make things a bit clearer as you get everything ready! If you need help organizing your plans, using your Disney MagicMobile Pass in the parks, or making the most of your Halloween party night, I’m always here and so happy to help. Wishing you a visit full of spooktacular fun and seamless park entries!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
